As a policy analyst and research fellow with the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. I will be tasked with publishing research on each of the following: a) The school-to-confinement pipeline as it relates to the experiences of black girls in U.S. public schools, and b) Generating access to capital among black women entrepreneurs.
